Order Tracking (USA)

  • Tracking details are emailed once the order ships and are also available in your account.
  • If tracking is not received, please check your spam/junk folder or contact customer support.

Order Accuracy & Issues

    • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct product at no additional cost
    • For safety and regulatory reasons, many supplements are not eligible for return unless shipped in error

    VitaAging cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are:

    • Lost in transit
    • Held or seized by customs
    • Refused by the recipient

    Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

    Some supplements may be restricted in certain countries.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product eligibility before ordering.

    Due to manufacturer restrictions and health regulations, most supplement purchases are final sale.

    Exceptions

    • If we ship an incorrect item:
    • We will provide a free return label
    • The correct item will be shipped at no extra cost

    Approved Returns

    • Must be unopened and unused
    • Require an RMA before returning
    • Heat-sensitive or improperly stored products are not eligible
    • Photos of the product and packaging may be required for claims

    We ship directly from manufacturers to ensure fresh inventory.

    If an item becomes temporarily unavailable:

    • Your order will be placed on the manufacturer’s priority list
    • The product will ship once available

    Cancellation Option

    • You may cancel a back-ordered item before shipment
    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
