Refund Policy

Vitaaging is committed to providing clear and transparent information about returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Note: Due to evolving global health standards since the COVID-19 pandemic, many manufacturers have implemented stricter safety protocols. Consequently, certain products are no longer eligible for return of refund once they have left the controlled distribution environment.

Return Window

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Any return request made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • The return window is calculated based on the confirmed delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.

Return Eligibility

A return will only be accepted if the following criteria are met:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed condition.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging.
  • Documentation: Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team before shipping your item back.

Please be advised: Returns sent to our facilities without prior approval or a visible RMA will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Food, dietary supplements, and ingestible products
  • Health, wellness, and personal care items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Heat-sensitive products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or handling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitaaging.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

In such cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Vitaaging, where applicable

This applies even to items that are otherwise non-returnable.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders placed on Vitaaging.com are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a customer requests shipment rerouting after dispatch:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • 25% restocking fee may be charged by our fulfillment partners

Refunds
If a return is approved:

  • Returned products are inspected upon receipt
  • Customers are notified by email of refund approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.

Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your card issuer for posting timelines
  3. Contact your bank for further details

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for products that arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, customers must contact support@vitaaging.com and provide photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Returns valued over $75 should be sent using a trackable shipping service
  • Vitaaging is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
